Terms & Conditions:

1. Customer agrees to provide adequate road or driveways to desired place of delivery. Customer shall assume full responsibility for all damages of any kind whatsoever to any road or driveway caused by the vehicle or dumpster. It will be left to the driver’s discretion when driving across lawns or unstable terrain as well as across sidewalks and/or driveways.
2. Upon delivery of the dumpster to the Customer, the dumpster shall be deemed to be in the sole possession and control of the Customer. The customer shall have the duty to maintain and shall be solely responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the dumpster until the dumpster is picked up by Economy Roll-Offs Inc.
3. All dumpsters provided by Economy Roll-Offs, Inc. shall remain the property of Economy Roll-Offs Inc. and the Customer shall have no right, title, or interest in them.
4. Customer shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify Economy Roll-Offs, Inc., its officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, lawsuits and any other liability, including attorney fees, or injury to persons or damage to property arising out from, relating to or connected with dumpster while the container is in the Customer’s possession and control, including all claims, lawsuits and other liability, including attorney fees, arising from any negligence or breach of any duty by Economy Roll-Offs, Inc.
5. Customer shall be responsible for any damage or vandalism caused to dumpster while in their possession. Examples include burning, damage caused by machinery, graffiti, abuse, etc. 
6. DO NOT overload the container. Customers will be charged for all overloaded dumpsters. Customers will be charged an overload fee on top of the price for tonnage. If the dumpsters cannot be hauled due to overloading, the customer must pay an overload fee and offload the dumpster until it is an acceptable weight. The driver reserves the right to not haul an overloaded or overweight dumpster.

7. Customer shall abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances governing disposal of waste. Customer shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify Economy Roll-Offs, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, lawsuits and other liability, including attorney fees, arising from or relating to Customer’s violation of any applicable laws, regulations or ordinances governing disposal of waste. 
8. If required, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to obtain and pay for a permit with the local municipality and display on dumpster.
9. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to maintain accessibility of the dumpster at the time of delivery, switch-out, and pick-up. If the dumpster is inaccessible, a return fee of $125 will be charged. 
10. Unacceptable materials include wet paint, hazardous waste, or liquid chemicals. TVs, monitors, and appliances are accepted for an additional $15 each and tires and batteries for an additional $5 each. 
11. Below are the current rates including tonnage of our dumpsters and their required deposit amounts:

Any weight over the included weight will be $58/ton*

12. A mileage fee (delivery fee) may be charged based on the delivery location. 
13. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a deposit is required from the Customer to Economy Roll-Offs, Inc. upon ordering the delivery of the dumpster. 
14. We do not deliver dumpsters at specific times. However, we will attempt to deliver or pick up your dumpster when you require. Same day delivery can be requested if the dumpster is ordered before 2 p.m. Dumpsters can be delivered and picked up between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. or as otherwise agreed upon. 
15. All dumpster rentals include 10 days of rent starting the day the dumpster is delivered. Additional days of rent are $5. We do not automatically pick up a dumpster. A pick-up request must be made by the customer.   
16. Payment for service and utilization of the service implies knowledge of and acceptance of this agreement. 

Release of Liability for Damages

The Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below in consideration of the delivery, placement, setting, switch-out, pick-up, and retrieval of a dumpster provided by Economy Roll-Offs

1. The Customer understands and accepts that Economy Roll-Offs shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages incurred during the delivery, placement, setting, switch-out, pick-up, and retrieval of the dumpster.
2. The Customer acknowledges that Economy Roll-Offs shall not be liable for any damages to property, including but not limited to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, or any other structures, resulting from the delivery, placement, setting, pick-up, or retrieval of the dumpster.
3.  The Customer agrees that Economy Roll-Offs shall not be responsible for any injuries sustained by persons using the dumpster, including but not limited to loading, unloading, or otherwise interacting with the dumpster.
4. The Customer understands that it is their responsibility to ensure that the designated placement area for the dumpster is suitable and meets all necessary requirements, including but not limited to weight-bearing capacity, accessibility, and local regulations.
5. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Economy Roll-Offs, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to the use of the dumpster.
6. Payment for service and utilization of the service implies knowledge of and acceptance of this agreement.
