Yes, the back door is able to open for easier loading. Please make sure you close the door when finished loading and that nothing is prohibiting the door from closing all the way.
We cannot guarantee the weight of our roll-off dumpster trucks or containers when crossing a yard or driveway. You will need to notify us of any sprinklers, water meters, drain lines or septic tanks when placing a dumpster in a yard. Our professional drivers have many years of roll-off truck experience and will do the best they can to protect your property.

The waste you put in the container is hauled to one of the area landfills and dumped.
You are not able to dispose of wet paint (empty cans or dried out paint is ok), hazardous waste or liquid chemicals. You can dispose of TVs, monitors, appliances, tires and batteries for an additional fee, and they must be placed at the back or top to be removed for recycling.

We take all dry chemicals. This includes completely dried paint cans, potting soil, and fertilizer. All liquid/wet chemicals must be disposed of properly. For more information visit the Metro Waste Authority.
The cost of the rental includes 10 days. Additional days beyond the 10 day period are $5.00 per day. However, we do not pick up the dumpster automatically on the 10th day; you must call to let us know when you are ready for the container to be picked up.
